is jesus GOD?

a lot of us believed that Jesus is God. and we've gone extra miles of praising Jesus as God.
however let us try to understand if what does it take to be GOD. for sure, there are lots of comprehensive studies about this...however for a non-clergy i have comeup with a few basic checklist:

1. has no beginning and no end.
-too bad! jesus was begotten by a woman , a human, commonly known as mary.
-it was widely spreed belief, that jesus died on the cross. and that is consider as his end.

2. GOD, definitely not in human form. not made up of flesh and blood.
3. has no partner. and don't need a partner. and most of all doesnt begot an offspring like humans do.
4. GOD is the almighty! everything goes his way..no one is above GOD.
-well, it was mentioned in the bible, in movies, story books, that jesus prayed to GOD many times asking for help, etc. don't tell me he prayed to command GOD :-)

based on these very basic attributes, if you will just use your logic..would you stil consider that jesus is GOD?
